Character Sketch:

deMarquis is the name of a wealthy aristocratic family and Alexandria lived and enjoyed that pampered life until that faithful day.  The third child and only daughter of Joseph and Celes, she watched helplessly as a gang of Brujah murdered and drank the blood of her parents and two older brothers.  Alexandria was spared the same fate by a couple of travellers passing near the estate, a young Sira Morgan and her master.  Only seven years of age, her uncle stole her inheritance and sent her to an orphanage.  It was Gabriel that rescued her from the orphanage and showed her a world she never knew existed.  Alexandria learned the ways of a vampire hunter.

Most people only know her as Alex the vampire hunter.  Although she hunts many things, vampires are her speciality.  Alex is a kind and caring person who fights to protect others from enduring the hardships she has experienced.  Despite her normal disposition, Alex is absolutely ruthless in battle fighting with as much ferocity as any vampire (a trait acquired by her guardian, Gabriel).  Although her combat skills are good, her full out in your face style overcomes most opponents.  While Alex and Sira share similar ideals, Alex's strong desire for revenge prevents her from attaining Sira's level of discipline.  Alex travels the lands hunting vampires and ridding the evil wherever she goes.

Alex helped stop Cleo from destroying the Gods.  A vampire named Jade that Alex couldn't keep staked, haunts her.  Jade travels with Alex and they bicker like old maids.  Alex cannot bring herself to kill Jade as she refuses to commit any evil acts. . . although she fully intends to do so the moment she does.
